A High School Articulation agreement is between the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP instructors and local high school instructors. This allows high school students to earn college credit for completing an approved high school course if criteria is met. Students must apply for credit by following the steps below!

Steps to Earn Credit Through High School Articulation:

1. Apply to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP

  • Complete the online application through the OPENCCC website. 
  • You will receive a "Welcome" email to your personal email that you used on the application that includes your ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP student information.

2. Submit the High School Student Request for College Credit Form

  • Students must submit a response to the High School Student Request for College Credit Form by the deadline, February 28th

3. Important Information

  • Students must pass the course with a grade of an A or B in the second semester (for most courses).
  • High schools will provide the students' transcripts to ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP at the end of the academic year.
  • For students who are eligible, credit will be posted to their ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏAPP Student Transcripts by July 31st. 
  • Students can request credit for up to two years after graduation.
