California Motorcyclist Safety Program Logo

The California Motorcyclist Safety Program Motorcyclist Training Course is designed for beginning and experienced motorcyclists. The course introduces the fundamentals of safe, responsible motorcycling. Experienced riders can also benefit by learning safety skills, as well as the convenience of taking the riding test on our smaller motorcycles to earn the DL389 certificate.

Summer Class Schedule (May thru August)

  • Saturday In-Person Lecture: 6:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
  • Saturday Range: 10:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
  • Sunday In-Person Lecture: 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m.
  • Sunday Range: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Fall Class Schedule (September thru December)

  • Saturday In-Person Lecture: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Saturday Range: 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
  • Sunday In-Person Lecture: 7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
  • Sunday Range: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Spring Class Schedule (January thru April)

  • Saturday In-Person Lecture: 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
  • Saturday Range: 11:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
